Summary:
Are you a former smoker and have a diagnosis of COPD? Qualify and you may receive up to $1,040.
Qualified Participants Must:
• Must be 40 years old or older
• Must have COPD diagnosis for at least 12 months before the first initial visit
• Current or ex-smokers must have quit smoking at least 6 months prior toscreening with a smoking history
• Must use daily inhaled maintenance medication or treatment for their COPD, at a stable dose for at least 3 months prior to their first visit
• Must have have a documented history of moderate or severe COPD exacerbation in the previous 12 months (medical records can be requsted from our site)
• Subjects must not require the use of spacer device or nebulizer for administration of maintenance COPD therapies
