Qualified Participants Must:
• Have been diagnosed with chronic heart failure
•
Have symptoms, such as shortness of breath, fatigue or swelling of legs, ankles, or feet
Qualified Participants May Receive:
Eligible study participants receive study-related medication, Echocardiograms and study-related care at no cost.
